The executive plays a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, continuously improving implementation methodologies, and generating project reports. Job Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements for customized ERP systems. Configure and customize the ERP system based on client needs. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support. Manage ERP implementation projects and ensure timely delivery. Guide clients through change management activities. Participate in quality assurance and testing processes. Continuously improve implementation methodologies and system functionality. Build and maintain client relationships. Maintain documentation and generate project reports.
